Swung by for a drink at around 10. Cool little venue, good prices ($7 for a generously poured Pinot Grigio) and they had a great band. Middle aged crowd, no riff raff. Located in a nice area of town with a number of other bars within walking distance. We didn't order food but the table next to where we were standing did- not sure how late they serve but it smelled good!
It looked like they had about 16 beers on tap, most local to the region. Bartenders were efficient and did a great job. -

Went to moondogs for a drink. The manager kicked out our wedding party because someone said hi to someone sitting at the bar and she left crying. The manager said "this isn't welcome at my establishment". Confused as to why you were rude with us after the girl became hostile and came up to us after saying hi. Will never come back. Do not recommend.

This is one of my favorite places: period. The beer selection is terrific and well priced and the menu, while small is just great. They have nice and delicious daily specials and some good standards. One of my personal faves is to baked goat cheese with an awesome tomato sauce and perfectly crisped toasts. The service is really good - very attentive to detail and great at finding just the beverage or noshing bite to suit you. And then there's live entertainment most nights and even open mike on some evenings. Come and enjoy!

Loved the nachos and paninis. Very clean. Staff very helpful in selecting local drafts. Samples given with no pressure. Very impressed. Acoustics for band were so clear. Thank you.

The place is lovely -- small and cozy. James, our waiter was very pleasant, attentive, and friendly. Our mushroom toasts were delicious. Our wine selection of the pinot noir was excellent. Then the dog arrived. That made us uncomfortable, but when the dog went to the kitchen and we saw the cook feed it from her hand, we quickly ask for our bill. We had heard very good things about the place and wanted to love it, but if the cook feeds a dog from her hand, what else goes on on the kitchen?
